About this policy

Information we collect
Falnor is an implementation studio - we build and operate automated workflows inside your existing systems. We do not run an online store and we never collect payment card details on this site. The personal data we process falls into four categories, described below.
- Site usage data - When you visit falnor.io we automatically collect browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referral URLs, and interaction signals through cookies, log files, and analytics. We call this "Device Information."
- Contact inquiries - When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, company, workflow context, and message content - stored to respond and schedule a discovery call.
- Discovery call booking - Scheduling details you provide through our Cal.com embed (name, email, meeting preferences) to book a scoping session.
- Client engagement data - Workflow, integration, and evaluation data processed in your cloud during a project. This is governed by your statement of work and security review - not this marketing-site policy.
How we use your information
We use site usage data and contact inquiries to:
- Respond to contact and discovery-call requests
- Improve site content, navigation, and performance
- Measure marketing effectiveness and fix errors
- Screen inquiries for spam or abuse
For client engagements:
- Deliver contracted implementation services under your engagement agreement, with processing limited to what your statement of work permits.
Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the processors below, plus legal advisors and authorities where we are legally required to:

- PostHog - product analytics to understand how visitors use the marketing site.
- Convex - backend storage for contact form submissions and authenticated admin tools.
- Cal.com - discovery call scheduling embedded on the contact page.
Your rights
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or a jurisdiction with similar privacy laws, you have the right to:
- Access - request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify - correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Erase - request deletion when we no longer need the data.

Data retention
We retain contact inquiries and booking details only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping. Client engagement data is retained per your statement of work - your organization controls it through your repos and access policies. Analytics data is retained per each processor's default settings.
Security
We use least-privilege access and transport encryption on the marketing site. Client engagement data stays in your environment under your controls - Falnor does not host it. See our GDPR page for how we handle personal data.
Do not track
We do not alter our site's data collection practices when we detect a "Do Not Track" signal from your browser.
Minors
Our site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to our practices or for legal or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be noted on this page.
